Clever names, too! What can "Golden Girls" be? OK, I'll tell ya: they're an oatmeal cookie stuffed with cheesecake filling...you know, cheesecake, like they used to eat on the "Golden Girls" (tv show, 1985-1992)...

That's right Jon (a.k.a Jonnazz). And "Eleven Madison" is based on the post-dinner freebie orange-and-cherry brioches you get at Eleven Madison Park restaurant. Yum.

Thanks, Alysha! I have to admit that the Fake-Out-Eos were really good. They're my take on an Oreo: an oatmeal-chocolate exterior stuffed with a vanilla-wafer cookie/creamcheese filling. And they were really popular. The three + dozen I brought in that Monday disappeared aroud lunchtime. Glad you liked them!
