Not this Delilah...this Delilah.

Jon and I are going to take a day trip to Philly tomorrow so that we can sample Delilah Winder's famous 7 cheese mac 'n cheese, which Oprah declared the best in the country. (Thanks for the idea, Alysha!)

Food Network (I'm borrowing the image at left from FN's website) and Throwdown fans will remember that Delilah lost to Bobby Flay in a mac 'n cheese challenge. But we'll be the judges of that...

UPDATE: We went for the mac 'n cheese, but we fell in love with the fried chicken.
