Here's a quick demo of how to make a thumbprint cookie. This is the technique I use fo create the "cinnamon buttton" in the middle of my Sin-a-Bun cookies. It's really easy...even I can do it! Now if I could just talk without using my hands.

I was about to comment on the great camera work, but I see that the camera man himself beat me to it. This is a terrific demo video! I like when you talk with your hands - especially since we can't see your face! I makes the video that much more expressive and interesting.

Talking with your hands is part of your heritage, Cookie-Man!! Didn't you know that Italians couldn't talk if their hands were tied behind their backs?? The cookies sound absolutely scrumptious. Can't wait for you to come home and turn my kitchen into "Cookie Heaven."
