No shock here. Chocolate, of course, is the most popular cookie flavor, followed by peanut butter.

I realize this is rather mundane, but perhaps Laurel (gotta love that name, don't ya?) could use a crisp pre-made pb cookie or make her own and substitute that? Emphasis on crisp because a chewy or soft cookie would be vastly different in texture than Cap N Crunch.

Thanks, Judith. This is a good point. I'm still looking around for peanutty products that would approximate Cap'n Crunch.
