Hey! I just got a craving for apple cinnamon muffins and was wondering if your Apple Cider cookies would fit that bill? The recipe isn't up so I can't check it and I don't remember them... If not, you should totally do apple cinnamon cookies!

Hey, April. My Rosh Hashanah cookie has apples, honey, cinnamon, a hint of clove. And my Mulled Apple Cider cookie is a big apple and spice flavor. But your idea for an apple and cinnamon cookie has me thinking of a *new* flavor. Perhaps this week's cookie will be the "Apple Jack." Stay tuned!
