In-Young, a reader and real-life cookie taster, had my Raspberry in the Coconut Cookies this morning and had this to say:

These sound SO yummy! Next time you come home, bring all the ingredients so you can make some. I may have a new favorite! I'm down to just 2 "Lime In The Coconut" cookies, and I'm going into withdrawal!
