According to my Cookies at What Cost? poll, it looks like there are some big cookie-spenders out there. A full quarter of respondents said there was no limit to what they would pay for a bakery-made cookies. No limit? Oh my! I should totally charge for my cookies.
I guess I'm cheap. I said $1 was my limit! (Maybe I should have voted for "Pay for cookies? Are you kidding!?")
Voting still remains open, so feel free to weigh in.

I am completely there with you for the Pay for cookies. If I want cookies, I always make them. It just makes no sense to me to buy them, especially when you have recipes like yours.

Greg,
I'll only pay for cookies if they have a flavor I've never tried. Then, I'll figure out how to make it at home. Chewy Ginger Cookies are on my test board for next month. Along, with a chocolate version of your Golden Girls.

Hi, Laurel. Thanks! I agree...wholeheartedly!

Hi, Alicia. I can't wait to hear how the chocolate Golden Girls come out! I think I'll spring for bakery-made cookies to try them out if they're supposed to really good or I'm on vacation or something. But in general, I'd much rather make my own.
