My Redhead cookies turned out to be really popular with the folks in my office.

In-Young, a reader, real-life cookie taster, and full-fledged foodie, emailed me to say:

“When I have a stomachache I normally drink ginger tea or a spicy ginger beer, but now I can eat your ginger cookie! I think I have a new favorite!! SO PERFECT! I can imagine having this with a scoop of jasmine ice cream on top. Mmmmm...”

Kevin, another real-life cookie taster had this to say:

“Rockin ginger cookies, dude. Givin’ City Bakery a run for its money!”

Thanks, In-Young and Kevin. I think next time I'm going to make ice cream sandwiches with these guys.
