Here's the recipe for my Dark Earl Grey Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables. Butter, white sugar, dark brown sugar, and cocoa powder.
Combine the wet ingredients. Make sure the melted chocolate has cooled slightly so that your egg yolk doesn't scramble.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamables. Mix.
Combine the dry ingredients. Don't forget to add the contents of one more Earl Grey tea bag.
Add the dry ingredients to the combined creamables and wet ingredients.
Scoop and bake the cookies. Mmmm...so fudgy!
