Here's the recipe for my Pumpkin & Chocolate Chip Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables. Don't forget to brown the butter!
Combine the wet ingredients. Canned pumpkin pie filling, vanilla, an egg yolk, pumpkin pie spice, and milk.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamables. Mix to combine everything. It looks a little loose and wet, but don't worry!
Combine the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the combined creamables and wet ingredients.
