I made these the other day, been meaning to let you know. They are SO good! Awesome! Really, great crunch with the chewy oatmealy, cranberry-ly cookie!

Hi, Katrina. I'm so glad you liked them! I hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving. :-)

I finally got around to making the cranberry crunch cookie dough after leaving many of the ingredients on my counter this week. With the dough mixed and ready I turned on my oven....and waited......and waited...and waited, till I check to see how hot it had become while I was waiting and waiting. Ok wait for it...... My dang oven won't turn on. The stove burners heat up, but the dang oven died. Augh! So in the freezer went the dough till I can bake them.

Hi, Lisa. D'oh! Sorry to hear about your oven. I've had my share of oven/stove issues over the years, so I can relate. On the positive side, though, this cookie dough freezes really well. (Just thaw the dough in your fridge for a day.) When you're kitchen is back up and running at 100%, you can have tasty cookies! :-)
