I froze some of my Pumpkin & Chocolate Chip Cookies for my favorite neighbors: Laura and Chris. Here's what Laura had to say:
“OMG, these are absolutely delicious! I couldn't wait: 1. because I just really wanted to taste one and 2. because Chris wasn't home yet and was not taking the chance of missing out on these: so ate one a little while ago while they were still a bit chilly but not frozen.
