Where do you find this stuff??!! I need a translation...just can't seem to understand the Bloody Brits when they're speaking "The Queen's" English!

After all those years of watching "Are You Being Served?", I figured you'd have British English down by now. And you with one of the thickest South Shore Massachusetts accents...people in Oregon would probably say the same thing to you! :-)
