For this weekend's edition of Grub Club, Pam, Jon, and I took in a double feature of My Man Godfrey and Easy Living as part of the Breadlines & Champagne series of Depression-era movies at the Film Forum. There's nothing like a few screwball comedies about a bad economy to keep you smiling.
Then we headed around the corner for a late lunch/early dinner at Mr. Dennehy's.
1) Sliders. 2) Buffalo chicken wrap. 3) French onion soup. 4) Shepherd's pie. The food was good, but--as always--the company was even better.
