Maybe you could figure out a type of sugar cookie or some kind of cookie base with jellybeans in place of chocolate chips. YUM!!! I am definitely a jellybean fan.

I also think of coconut alot when I think of Easter and maybe because we always tint it with green to make grass when we put it on a cake, but maybe you could come up with either a sugar cookie with jellybeans and coconut or even a jellybean macaroon. Double-YUM!!

homemade coconut, buttercream, or peanut butter chocolate eggs!!!! you know the eggs with the cream cheese base. and i had my first cadbury creme egg last year and that was surprisingly fantastic!
