On Sunday, Pam, In-Young, and I planned to chow down on some mini hamburgers at Sassy's Sliders on 86th Street, but the place was double-O B: out 'o business. (Even if their site is still up.) Rats. Foiled again!
Still in search of our quarry, we headed south to The Burger One, a hole-in-the-wall greasy spoon with barely enough space for a few stools and a narrow countertop. The food was pretty good...and cheap!
1) My chipotle cheeseburger. 2) In-Young's (sad-looking) ham sandwich. 3) Pam's cheeseburger.
After lunch, we headed up to Central Park for a much-needed walk...and some time spent sitting on a bench in the sun.
