Happy Easter! Jon and I celebrated by heading over to A Salt & Battery for some deep-fried Cadbury Creme Eggs.
If fried Creme Eggs aren't your thing, give my Hot Cross Bun Cookies a try.

Yum! I love those things, although I have never had one fried. I have had a fried snickers bar before and those are so good! Happy Easter or as they say over here, Joyeuses Pâques!

Hi, Laurel. Happy Easter! This place--A Salt & Battery--has fried Mars bars on the regular menu. I've had them a couple times. They're good, but I think the heat intensifies their sweetness tenfold. They're definitely a once-in-a-while-only kind of treat. The Creme Eggs, though...these are are available only around Easter. Even though they're a little sweet for me, I can't help but get them this time of year!

Hi, April. This place isn't too far away from the new/old office. If we were still there, we could totally go for an afternoon field trip/treat! :-)
