I got the idea for this flavor combo from Mumma, who said she wanted to make ice cream sandwiches with my Lemon in the Coconut Cookies but only had blueberry frozen yogurt. "Hmmm," I thought, "now that's a great idea for a cookie!" And so a recipe was born.
