Here's the recipe for my Lemon in the Coconut Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables. Butter and dark brown sugar.
Combine the wet ingredients and add to the creambles. I used leftover cream of coconut that I froze.
Add the dry ingredients to the combined creamables and wet ingredients.
Scoop and bake. These cookies will fill your house with coconut-lemony goodness.
