Here's the recipe for my Beach Plum Thumbprint Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables: butter and white sugar.
Combine the wet ingredients: egg and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamables and mix.
Grind the oats and combine the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the combined creamables and wet ingredients.
Form the dough balls, make the indentations, and fill with jelly.
Bake, cool, and try not to eat them all in one sitting.








These look delicious and so light and summery - the perfect cookie to take to the beach!
