I once wrote you to inquire about your brown sugar measuring methods, and you graciously (and promptly!) replied, and my baking attempts have been the better for it.

I'm writing you now to thank you for sharing your efforts. You're doing something wonderful, something that brings lots of people at least a minute or two of warm, chewy, tasty happiness. And that is a Great Thing.

Love the blog and I'm always anxious to see what recipes you come up with next. I have a question though, my fiance and I have yet to make any of your cookies and we're wondering what you think is the easiest most delicious recipe to make before trying our hands at making the more difficult stuffed ones? Thanks for your input and I'll let ya know how our first batch turns out :)
