Tonight's the first night of Hanukkah. Yay, Festival of Lights!
To celebrate, why not bake up a batch of my Peppermint Bark Cookies. Instead of candy canes, use blue-and-white starlight mints. (Admittedly, these candies were a little hard to find. I ended up getting them online.)
These mints are fun and festive and colored appropriately for the holiday. And they add an interesting twist on peppermint bark because they're wintergreen.
All this holiday cookie talk has me thinking of another twist on the peppermint bark concept. Stay tuned!
