Here's the recipe for my Oatmeal Snickerdoodles in process.
Cream the creamables: butter, white sugar, light brown sugar, and cinnamon
Combine the wet ingredients: an egg, milk, and vanilla.
Add the combined wet ingredients to the creamed creamables. Mix.
Combine the dry ingredients. Don't forget to measure the oatmeal after you grind it. Add to the combined wet ingredients and creamables. Mix.
Make the cinnamon sugar. Scoop the dough balls and roll each in the cinnamon sugar.
Use a fork to smoosh the sugared dough balls a little. Then bake. Cinnamon-alicious!
