It seems like a lifetime ago, but way back when Graham Norton came to New York, I was a part of his studio audience. I remember I was wearing a green gingham shirt, and you could see me from behind when they cut to a wide shot from the audience. The show taped on 26th Street, in the studio where Martha Stewart tapes her show now. Back in the day, though, it was the home of the Ricki Lake Show. (Go Ricki! Go Ricki! Go Ricki!) Graham's guests that night were Ricki and Nathan Lane. So very, very fan-say.
But where am I going with this? Ah...yes. Here's a clip from The Graham Norton Show in which Natalie Imbruglia--you know, that Australian actress/singer of "Torn" fame--demonstrates the "Tim Tam Slam," a tea-and-biscuit trick.
