Most of the recipes are just OK, but every once in a while, one grabs my attention. When that happens, I tear off the page, fold it neatly, and put it in my wallet for future reference. Otherwise, I toss that thing in the trash, move on to the next day, and check my email.
On Monday, the recipe of the day was for fortune cookies. Yup...fortune cookies. Who knew you could make fortune cookies at home?
I'll have to take a stab at these and, of course, try to oatmeal-ify them. Stay tuned.
