Have been following your blog for ages, but never has a recipe coincided with an opportunity until a few days ago. Made without (Nilla) wafers or dried fruit, and with dark instead of white chocolate, they tasted fab!
Thanks, Sarah! With the abundance of berries we have this time of year, this recipe is a star. I'm so glad you like these guys...and that you did some tweaking to fit your ingredients.
Speaking of berries in the summertime, I think I might do some experimenting with blackberries or raspberries...or maybe even black raspberries, which is one of my all-time favorite ice cream flavors. I think I might have a busy weekend ahead of me.
