A Different Take on Roasted Marshmallows

Em, a longtime reader and real-life recipe user, recently commented on my Picturing Salty Fluffernutter Cookies post:

I don't like peanut butter but I love marshmallows, you should make a non peanut butter version (basically I want the filling!)

Hi, Em! Hmmm...a marshmallow-only cookie might be a little tough. I'll have to think on that one for a while. In the meantime, though, here's a funny clip you and my S'mores Cookies fans will get a kick out of. Poor marshmallows!
