Here's the recipe for my Orange-Cinnamon Graham Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables: butter and dark brown sugar.
Combine the wet ingredients: an egg, vanilla, and orange extract, juice, and zest.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamed creamables. Mix.
Combine the dry ingredients and add to the combined creamables and wet ingredients. Remember to grind the graham crackers before you measure. Mix again.
Scoop and bake. Yummerz!
