Here's the recipe for my Salty Fluffernutter Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables: butter, dark brown sugar, and peanut butter.
Combine the wet ingredients: an egg and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamed creamables. Mix.
Grind the saltines and Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch cereal. Remember to grind before you measure.
Combine the dry ingredients and add to the combined creamables and wet ingredients. Mix again.
Refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes, then scoop and flatten the dough balls a little.
Sprinkle the dough balls with sea salt, bake, and let cool before diving in. These guys are scrumptious!
