Here's the recipe for my Cranberry, Walnut, and Orange Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables: butter and dark brown sugar.
Combine the wet ingredients: an egg, orange juice and zest, milk, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamed creamables. Mix.
Combine the dry ingredients and add to the combined creamables and wet ingredients. (Be sure to grind the graham crackers first, then measure.) Mix again.
Scoop the dough balls and roll in turbinado sugar.
Place the doughballs, on the cookie sheets, flatten a little, and bake. These guys taste just like mini cranberry breads. Tasty goodness that's perfect for the season!
