Here's the recipe for my Raspberry, Coconut, and Almond Cookies in process.
Cook the raspberries, white sugar, milk, lemon juice and zest, and vanilla and raspberry extracts.
Cream the creamables: butter, white sugar, and dark brown sugar.
Add the cooled raspberry mixture to the creamables. Mix.
Combine the dry ingredients, including the raspberry ice Crystal Lite.
Add the dry ingredients to the combined creambles and cooked raspberries. Mix.
Scoop, flatten a little, and bake. Tangy, chewy, sweet, and crunchy. Oh, yeah!
