Here's the recipe for my Peanut Butter Snickerdoodles in process.
Cream the creamables: butter, white sugar, peanut butter, and cinnamon.
Combine the wet ingredients: an egg, vanilla, and milk.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamables. Mix.
Grind the peanut butter Cap'n Crunch cereal and oatmeal. Remember to grind first, then measure.
Combine the dry ingredients and add to the combined creambles and wet ingredients. Mix.
Scoop the dough balls, roll in cinnamon sugar, and place on the cookie sheets.
Before baking, use a fork to flatten the dough balls a little and to add a crisscross pattern to the tops. Nutty and sweet with a bite of cinnamon spice, chewy and crunchy...a delicious twist on a classic!
