A recent Consumer Reports poll found that most people prefer crunchy over chewy chocolate chip cookies. Hmmm...who can choose?

I've got an idea: Bake up batches of my crunchy and chewy recipes, pour yourself a glass of milk, and conduct your own texture test. Now that's baking with a purpose!
