Here's the recipe for my Coffee Cake Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables. I had only enough cinnamon chips to make a half batch. Dig out your slide rule--or, better yet, dial up the Google--to figure out your fractions!
Combine the wet ingredients. Eggs and vanilla. Beat 'em.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamables. Mix.
Combine the dry ingredients. I use cappuccino chips and cinnamon chips from the online King Arthur store. Don't forget to grind half of the oatmeal.
Add the dry ingredients to the combined creamables and wet ingredients. Mix again. Then scoop the dough balls.
Sugar and bake the cookies. Your house will smell like coffee cake for days.
