Here's the recipe for my Rosh Hashanah Cookies in process.
Cream the creamables. Butter, dark brown sugar, and white sugar.
Combine the wet ingredients. Here's a tip: Spritz your measuring cup with cooking spray so that the honey slides out easily.
Add the wet ingredients to the creamables. Take everybody for a spin.
Cut the apples. I used an alligator chopper to make a 1/4" dice.
Combine the dry ingredients. Stir together the dry ingredients, add the apples, and then give everything another stir.
Add the dry ingredients to the combined creamables and wet ingredients.
Scoop and bake the cookies. Don't forget to refrigerate the dough first!
Looking forward to some real-life cookie tasting later today!! They look so delicious that I can taste them already. This time I don't have to be satisfied with the vicarious (virtual?) tasting.
