Let me count the ways...
- Perfect crust: light, buttery, and almost pastry-like
- Perfect sauce: not too acidic, not too sweet, and not too herby
- Perfect cheese: tangy, chewy, and not too greasy or salty
Whenever Jon and I head north to Massachusetts to visit Mumma, getting pizza from BR's is at the top of our to-do list. Soooo good! Why can't we find pizza this good in New York? I think one of my New Year's resolutions should be to figure out how to replicate this pizza at home.
Hard to believe there's no place in NYC and Brooklyn that makes pizza like this. Maybe more extensive research is in order.

I think Jonazz is talking about me...but I have to admit that my dough/crust is a poor imitation. But I think you've got a good idea, Lorraine. We'll have to do some exploring and taste testing. :-)
