I finally made my first batch of cookies and these were it. My wife and I had a wonderful time making them and they turned out delicious. Thanks again for such a great and unique recipe, we can't wait to tackle the next one.

Hi Greg. Thanks for this awesome post. I ended up combining yours and the Tosi recipe for my cookies. They turned out great and were a huge hit with my friends. I put in fresh coffee grounds instead and they gave it a deeper flavor - which I'll be using again.
