Last week, Pam and I met up for some nibbles and happy hour at Red Egg.The food--and the company--were excellent. We ordered a selection of finger foods and dumplings from the dim sum-inspired menu.
1) Steamed pork buns. 2) Crispy shrimp rolls. 3) Sui mai--shrimp, pork, and mushroom dumplings. 4) Beef balls.
Sorry some of these pics are blurry. All the steam fogged up my lens!
These look REALLY good! Put this place on the list for when I visit.
