I forgot Mumma's birthday last year, so I had to make up for that with a special Mother's Day gift: a shipment of her favorite Lime in the Coconut Cookies.
This year, I remembered Mumma's birthday, and I sent her a Mother's Day card...on time. And because I'm a good son, I even sent her a box of my new Lemon in the Coconut Cookies.
With the help of FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service, you can have a fresh batch of homemade cookies on your mother's doorstep just in time for her special day. The flipside, of course, is that you don't have an excuse not to send a batch of cookies to your mother.
I was VERY lucky to be able to taste some of these cookies and they're amazingly delicious! This taste treat was matched only by the joy of having the baker's company along with the cookies! Mumma, you're in for a terrific treat!!

How right you are, Lorraine! I received my cookies today and I couldn't tear into the box fast enough! These cookies are as good as, or even better than, my "Lime In The Coconut" favorite. They are light, soft and chewy and just sweet enough. YUM!! Sheryle and Gary dropped by for a short visit and I shared some cookies with them. They loved them and wanted me to tell you so. Thanks for making this delicious Mother's Day treat for me .... and "Thank you, Thank you very much" for the adorable Elvis card.

Thanks, Lorraine. Jon and I had a great time with you and Howie on Sunday. The first cookout of the season! So glad you liked the cookies. Happy Mother's Day!

Hi, Mumma. I *knew* that Elvis card would be perfect. Glad you and Sheryle and Gary liked the cookies. I think I'll be taking orders the next time I'm home! Next up is to make ice cream sandwiches with these guys. :-)
