Follow-up on the Samoa-copycats! I think some people declared that they liked it more than the actual Samoas! Definitely everyone who tried it loved them, and I got many requests for the recipe. I think people liked the chewy oatmeal component to it that isn't present in the real Samoas.

Favorite feedback I got: "What did you put in these things? They're like girl scout cookies on crack!"

These weren't the easiest cookies I've ever made, but judging that I got a request to make them again already, I think they're well worth the effort =) Thanks again, Oatmeal Cookie Guy!
