After my recent peach-and-champagne debacle (see here and here), I decided my next recipe will focus on some less delicate flavors. Who has the time to tease out taste from temperamental fruit? Not I, apparently. Or at least not right now.
So my next recipe will be the complete opposite of subtle. It'll be rich, robust, and flavorful.
People love my Peanut Butter Cup Cookies and Inside-Out Peanut Butter Cup Cookies. Now there are some cookies with flavor. But how do I spin those recipes into something new?
And then it hit me: Nutella! I'll do a peanut butter-stuffed Nutella cookie and a Nutella-stuffed peanut butter cookie. Two recipes for the price of one!
