The season for my Hot Cross Bun Cookies is fast approaching. I'd been thinking of doing a Mardi Gras-inspired twist on these guys, and I had a few Valentine's recipes that I wanted to get to as well.
But boy does time get by you. And this certainly has been a holiday-filled few weeks...Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, Presidents' Day.
I've had a couple really busy weeks, but I'll soon be back on my regular cookie-making schedule. Stay tuned. No...really. I mean it!
